Located in Frederick, Maryland, Hamilton Station Apartments is a newly constructed, five-building, 80-unit affordable apartment community consisting of 1, 2, & 3-bedroom apartment homes. Each brand new unit will boast a dishwasher, microwave, and carpeting throughout. Each apartment home will also come wired for cable tv and high-speed internet and feature an in-home washer and dryer connection.

Available for all residents' use, Hamilton Station will also feature a multi-purpose community room with a kitchenette, and laundry facilities are available on-site. You will be able to work on your health and fitness goals with our on-site fitness center or knock out that homework in our cyber cafe.

Nestled just outside of Downtown Frederick, MD Hamilton Station you are only minutes from some of the top dining spots in the state. Enjoy a special meal at Thacher&Rye the newest restaurant from local celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio, explore one of the area's many breweries, or visit one of the national landmarks.
